MINUTES

Representative Bennett, Chair of the Education Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM, on February 18, 2025, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fogelman moved the minutes of February 12, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF0029 (Kresha) Social studies standards adoption suspended and review cycle modified, ethnic studies requirements repealed, and ethnic studies appropriations cancelled.

Chair Bennett moved that HF0029 be re-referred to the Education Finance Committee.
