MINUTES

Representative Bennett, Chair of the Education Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:15 PM, on February 19, 2025, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mueller moved the minutes of February 18, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF0012 (Scott) Female sports team participation restricted to the female sex.

Chair Bennett moved that HF0012 be placed on the General Register.

Chair Bennett moved that DE10 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Scott presented on HF0012 as amended.
