ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES
Representative Acomb, Co-Chair of the Committee on Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on Tuesday March 18, 2025 in Room 123 of the State Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Swedzinski moved that the minutes from March 13, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1013 (Kraft); Minnesota Energy Alley funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Kraft moved that HF 1013 be laid over.
Representative Kraft moved the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Kraft presented HF 1013 as amended.

Representative Hollins moved that HF 1598 be laid over.
Representative Hollins moved that the A1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Mahamoud moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
