MINUTES

Representative Swedzinski, Chair of the Energy Finance and Policy Committee called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM, on March 27, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kraft moved the minutes of March 25, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 2103 (Anderson, P.H.) - Ammonia, hydrogen, and renewable energy certificate tracking system funding provided; reports required; and money appropriated.

Representative Anderson moved HF2103 before the committee.

Representative Anderson moved to adopt the DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Swedzinski moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
