ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Acomb, Co-Chair of the Committee on Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on Tuesday March 25, 2025 in Room 123 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Swedzinski moved that the minutes from March 20, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2498 (Hemmingsen-Jaeger) Geothermal heat exchange system rebate program established, and money appropriated.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved HF 2498 before the committee.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved that HF 2498, as amended, be laid over.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger presented HF 2498 as amended.
