Representative Josh Heintzeman, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM, on March 25, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building.

A quorum was present.
Vice Chair Burkel moved the minutes of March 20, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources provided an overview of the department budget. The presenter was:
Sarah Strommen, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
HF 737 (Olson) Lead and cadmium in consumer products prohibitions modified.
Chair Heintzeman moved HF 737 before the committee.

Chair Heintzeman moved the H0737A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Heintzeman laid over HF 737, as amended, for possible inclusion in a future bill.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 PM.
