MINUTES

Representative Igo, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM, on ¬¬¬¬¬Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mekeland moved the minutes of February 26, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1268 (Bahner) Common interest communities; certain property management company practices prohibited, common interest community rights and duties modified, unit owner rights modified, termination threshold modified, meet and confer process established, and governing bodies prohibited from requiring or incentivizing homeowners associations.

Chair Igo moved HF1268 be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Representative Mekeland moved the A5 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
