Representative Igo, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM, on ¬¬¬¬¬Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Skraba moved the minutes of March 5, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2013 (Nash) Residential development regulations limited.
Representative Nash moved that HF2013 be re-referred to the Elections Finance and Government Operations Committee.
Representative Nash moved the DE3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Nash renewed the motion that HF2013, as amended, be re-referred to the Elections Finance and Government Operations Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1987 (Igo) Minnesota Starter Home Act established, requirements related to comprehensive plan amendments modified, and zoning authority of municipalities related to certain residential developments limited.
Vice Chair Dotseth moved that HF1987 be re-referred to the Elections Finance and Government Operations Committee.
Chair Igo moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
