MINUTES

Representative Igo, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM, on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dotseth moved the minutes of March 18, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF483 (Lawrence) Political subdivision bans prohibited on natural gas or propane service to any building.

Chair Igo moved HF483 before the committee.

Chair Igo moved the H0483A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Igo renewed the motion that HF483, as amended, be laid over.

HF484 (Mekeland) Natural gas hookup ban prohibited in residential construction.

Representative Mekeland moved HF484 before the committee.

Representative Mekeland renewed the motion that HF484 be laid over.
