HOUSING FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Liish Kozlowski, Vice Chair of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:02 P.M. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Agbaje moved that the minutes of March 12th, 2025, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2296 (Howard) — Landlords prohibition on disclosure of victim information clarified.

Vice Chair Kozlowski moved that HF 2296 be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Chair Howard moved the A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Howard presented HF 2296 as amended.

Vice Chair Kozlowski moved that HF 1854 before the committee.

Representative Agbaje moved that HF 1385 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Housing Omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.

Representative Kozlowski moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
