HOUSING FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael Howard, Chair of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kozlowski moved that the minutes of March 13th, 2025, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2144 (Momanyi-Hiltsley) Family homeless prevention and assistance program funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Howard moved that HF 2144 be laid over.

Representative Momanyi-Hiltsley moved the A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Momanyi-Hiltsley presented HF 2144 as amended.
