HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE & POLICY MEETING MINUTES

Representative Heather Keeler, Vice-Chair of the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18AM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gillman moved the minutes of March 26, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2367 (Nadeau) – Community first services and supports reimbursement rates modified, consumer-directed community supports budgets increased, Minnesota Caregiver Defined Contribution Retirement Fund Trust established, and money appropriated.

Representative Keeler moved to re-refer HF 2367 to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Keeler moved the H2367A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Keeler passed the gavel to Representative Noor at 8:20am.

Noor moved that HF 2523 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy committee omnibus bill.

Noor moved that HF 2319 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy committee omnibus bill.

Chair Noor moved that HF 671 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy committee omnibus bill.
