HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE & POLICY MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16AM on Thursday, April 3, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Keeler moved the minutes of April 2, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2115 (Schomacker) – Human Services Policy Bill.

Chair Noor moved to re-refer HF 2115 to the General Register.

Chair Schomacker moved the H2115DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schomacker moved the H2115A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Schomacker presented HF 2115, as amended.

Chair Schomacker renewed the motion HF 2115, as amended be re-referred to the General Registry. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2276 (Kozlowski) – Minnesota Homeless Study funding provided, money transferred, report required, and money appropriated.

Chair Noor moved that HF 2276 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy committee omnibus bill.
