Representative Scott, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM, on ¬¬¬¬¬February 27th, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Hudson moved the minutes of February 25th, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1 (Anderson, P.E.): Office of the Inspector General established, powers provided, duties specified, fraud reporting tools required, grant oversight duties and powers transferred, executive Offices of Inspector General modified or repealed, and money appropriated.
Chair Scott moved HF 1 before the committee.
Chair Scott moved that HF 1 be re-referred to the Committee on Children and Families Finance and Policy.
Chair Scott moved the A15 amendment before the committee. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Scott moved the A14 amendment before the committee. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Scott moved the A13 amendment before the committee. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
