Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on March 25, 2025 in Room G3 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Finke moved that the minutes of March 20, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF102 (Curran) Circumstances under which the public authority must direct support to an obligee modified.

Representative Curran moved that HF102 be re-referred to the Committee on Children and Families Finance and Policy.

Representative Curran presented their bill.

Representative Moller moved the H1354DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
