MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 A.M. on April 8, 2025 in Room G3 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott moved that the minutes of April 3, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2300 (Scott) Judiciary finance bill. INFORMATIONAL ONLY

Overview of the A25-0061 Amendment to HF2300.

John Walz, House Fiscal Analyst, explained the spreadsheet.

Ben Johnson, House Research Analyst, walked through Articles 1 through 4.

Nathan Hopkins, House Research Analyst, walked through Article 5.
