PUBLIC SAFETY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on, March 25th, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hollins renewed the motion to adopt the HFA25-0017 Amendment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT AS AMENDED WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hollins renewed the motion that HF1094 as amended, be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF686 (Frazier) Development of a model policy for safe traffic stops required, best practices and areas for development prescribed, preservice curriculum aligned with model policy, continuing education requirements established for law enforcement officers, and money appropriated.
