PUBLIC SAFETY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Kelly Moller, Co-Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on April 1st, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

Representative Stier moved the minutes of March 28th, 2025, to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2130 (Kraft) Length of driver's license revocations related to certain offenses, length of time individuals must participate in the ignition interlock program modified, and ignition interlock program participants required to complete a treatment or rehabilitation program before reinstatement of full driving privileges.

Chair Moller moved to re-refer HF2130 to the Ways and Means Committee.
