RULES AND LEGISLATIVE ADMINISTRATION

MINUTES

Majority Leader Niska, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M. on February 6th, 2025, in Room G23 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Non-Voting Member Present:

JORDAN, Sydney

Members excused:

Chair Niska moved to approve the 2025 P100 Resolution.

Chair Niska moved to approve the A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Minority Lead Long moved to approve the A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Kelly Knight, Director of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Resources Department, presented the resolution as amended.

Pete Skwira, Controller/CFO Minnesota House of Representatives, presented the resolution as amended.

Chair Niska directed staff to make conforming changes to implement the A2 Amendment throughout the 2025 P100 Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Niska renewed his motion to approve the 2025 P100 Resolution, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 P.M.
