MINUTES

Representative Niska, Co-Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on April 2nd, 2025, in Room 123 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Jordan moved that the minutes of April 1st, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Co-Chair Niska moved to approve the 2025-Ek Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Co-Chair Niska moved to approve the 2025-Wolgamott Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Co-Chair Niska moved to approve the 2025-Paul Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Co-Chair Niska moved to approve the 2025-Tabke Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Co-Chair Niska moved to approve the 2025-P101B Resolution on Implementing Agreement for House Organization. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Co-Chair Niska moved to approve the A01 Amendment to Senate Concurrent Resolution – Adoption of Temporary Joint Rules. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
