STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Nash, Chair of the State Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, on ¬¬¬¬¬February 11, 2025, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF3 (NASH) OLA report requirement

Chair Nash moved HF3 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Robbins moved HF23 be re-referred to Workforce and Labor Committee.

Representative Robbins moved the HF23A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Bahner made a motion to lay HF23 on the table. THE MOTIOIN DID NOT PREVAIL.

Representative Howard made a motion to rerefer HF23 to the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.


Representative Joy requested a roll call on HF23. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Davis moved HF2 be laid over for possible inclusion. The bill was laid over.
