MINUTES

Representative Nash, Chair of the State Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM, on ¬¬¬¬¬March 11, 2025, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Sexton moved the minutes of March 6, 2025, as corrected be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The following individuals gave an overview of the State Office Building Renovation:
Eric Radel, Construction Services, Department of Administration
Joe Stahlman, MOCA Services, Owners Representative of SOB tenant groups

Representative Davis assumed the gavel at 8:29 AM.

HF1867 (Joy) State lottery; retailer contract provisions modified.

Representative Joy moved HF1967 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Joy renewed his motion that HF1867 be re-referred to the General Register.

HF1240 (Quam) Policy related to the legislative auditor modified.

Representative Quam moved HF1240 be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.
