MINUTES

Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00PM, on February 10, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee went into recess at 2:40PM.

The Committee reconvened at 4:47PM.

HF5 (Joy) Imposition and allocation of certain taxes modified, tax analysis required, retail delivery fee repealed, unlimited Social Security subtraction provided, and report required.

Representative Joy moved HF5 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Joy moved to adopt the A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Tabke moved to adopt the A8 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Kraft moved to adopt the A9 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Joy renewed his motion that HF5, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. Representative Koznick requested a roll call vote. The results were as follows:
