MINUTES

Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 24, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Anderson moved to approve the minutes of February 17, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF795 (Myers) Online booking availability of driver's license road skills examinations modified, and fees for cancellation modified.
Representative Myers moved HF795 before the committee.

Representative Myers moved to adopt the A4 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Tabke moved to adopt the A5 Amendment.

Representative Tabke withdrew the A5 Amendment.

Representative Greene moved to adopt the A3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Chair Koznick laid over HF795, as amended.

Vice-Chair Myers assumed the gavel at 1:33PM.

Chair Koznick moved HF749 before the committee.
