MINUTES

Representative Myers, Vice Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 PM on February 26, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Fogelman moved to approve the minutes of February 24, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF376 (Murphy) Clean Car Rules Repealed
Representative Murphy moved HF376 to be re-referred to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy.

The following individuals testified on HF376:

Representative Murphy renewed the motion the HF376 be re-referred to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF367 (Murphy) Action for damages for obstruction authorized, and civil penalties imposed.

Representative Murphy moved HF367 to be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

The following individuals testified on HF367:

Representative Murphy renewed the motion that HF367 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.
