MINUTES

Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on March 12th, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Myers moved to approve the minutes of March 10th, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1722 (Davids) U.S. Highway 63 segment designated as Officer Jason B. Meyer Memorial Highway
Chair Koznick moved HF1722 to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Koznick renewed the motion that HF1722 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Koznick moved HF748 to be placed on the General Register.

Chair Koznick moved the HF748A2 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Koznick moved the HF748A3 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
