MINUTES

Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01PM on March 24th, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

HF 639 (Murphy) Loss of consciousness or voluntary control amendment provisions rulemaking required.
Representative Murphy moved HF639 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Murphy moved the H0639DE1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF2337 (Olson) Dealer plate provisions modified to provide for the use of a vehicle for courtesy purposes

Chair Koznick moved HF2337 be laid over.

HF1220 (Olson) Definition of motor vehicle dealer modified to include dealers licensed under the laws of a contiguous state.
