MINUTES

Representative Erin Koegel, Co-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Co-Chair Koznick moved that the minutes from March 17, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1360 (Koegel) Empowering small Minnesota communities program established.

Co-Chair Koegel moved that HF1360 be laid over.

Co-Chair Koegel moved H1360A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Co-Chair Koegel presented HF1360, as amended.

HF2130 (Kraft) Length of driver’s license revocations related to certain offenses, length of time individuals must participate in the ignition interlock program modified, and ignition interlock program participants required to complete a treatment or rehabilitation program before reinstatement of full driving privileges.

Representative Kraft moved that HF2130 be referred to the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy.

Representative Kraft moved the H2130A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
