MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM on Monday, March 24, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Schultz moved the minutes of March 17, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Overview of the Governor’s Anti-Fraud Package with agency presentations.

Drew Evans, Superintendent, Minnesota Public Safety Department.
Shireen Gandhi, Commissioner, Department of Human Services.
Tarek Tomes, Commissioner, Minnesota IT Services.
Tamar Gronvall, Commissioner, Department of Administration.
Tikki Brown, Commissioner, Department of Children, Youth and Families.
Willie Jett, Commissioner, Department of Education.


The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 AM.
