FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on Monday, April 7, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hudson moved the minutes of March 17, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee heard a presentation on the Minnesota Management and Budget overview of COVID-related funds the state received. Department of Employment and Economic Development overview of COVID-related spending on unemployment insurance.

Presenters:

Erin Campbell, Commissioner, Minnesota Management and Budget.
Ahna Minge, Assistant Commissioner, Minnesota Management and Budget.
Evan Rowe, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Employment and Economic Development.


The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 AM.
