  2. Agenda and introductions (25 min.): Name and what role or perspective you bring and your interest in the task force
  3. Election of chair and vice chair (25 min.): Nominations for chair and vice chair, and roll call vote; remarks from the chair
  4. Legislation and Open Meeting Law (20 min.): Enabling legislation- Minnesota Laws 2024, Chapter 127, Article 15, Section 48 and Open meeting law
  5. Administrative topics (20 min.): Member list with contact information, Meetings- Dates, timing, frequency, and duration
  6. WG responsibilities: What is in and out of scope (see Subd. 1) (30 min.): High level scope document to serve as basis for discussion
  7. Next steps and adjourn (10 min.): Meeting 2- Date/time TBD based on agenda item #5 and Presentation
