1.3"(c) Unless a longer mandatory minimum sentence is otherwise required by law or the
1.4Sentencing Guidelines provide for a longer presumptive executed sentence, the court shall
1.5presume that an executed sentence of 120 months must be imposed on an offender convicted
1.6of violating this section under the conditions described in paragraph (a), and an executed
1.7sentence of 144 months must be imposed on an offender convicted of violating this section
1.8under the conditions described in paragraph (b). Sentencing a person in a manner other than
1.9that described in this paragraph is a departure from the Sentencing Guidelines."
