1.5(a) The commissioner of education must, using existing resources, develop a model
1.6notice that districts or schools can provide to students and parents or guardians about the
1.7legal, social, behavioral, and mental health implications of and impact to students and student
1.8families regarding the dissemination of private sexual images as specified in section 617.261.
1.9The commissioner may consult with the commissioner of health and the Office of the
1.10Attorney General to develop the model notice.
1.11(b) A district or school may provide a copy of the notice developed under paragraph (a)
1.12to students and parents or guardians."
1.13Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.14Amend the title accordingly
