EXPLANATION OF THE FISCAL CALENDAR
Any bill relating to taxes or raising revenue and any finance bill which has had its second reading shall be acted upon when requested by the Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means or the Chair of the Committee on Taxes, or a designee of the Chair. Each bill on the Fiscal Calendar has been acted upon by one or more standing committees. Amendments may be offered to bills on the Fiscal Calendar and each bill is given a third reading prior to its final passage.
