Church, Rochester, Minnesota.

agricultural society; eliminating a prohibition on circuses around state fair

February 6, 2003. The Joint Convention
will convene at 11:45 a.m. and the address by the Governor will be delivered at
12:00 noon. The motion prevailed.
ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE SPEAKER
The
Speaker announced the following appointments and changes in committee
