The House of Representatives convened at 9:00 a.m. and was
called to order by Ron Abrams, Speaker pro tempore.
Prayer was offered by Pastor Larry Hale, Riverdale Church,
Andover, Minnesota.
The members of the House gave the pledge of allegiance to the
flag of the United States of America.
