This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2023.

(b) $110,000 expended by the secretary of state in fiscal year 2018 for increasing secure access to the statewide voter registration system was money appropriated for carrying out the purposes authorized under the Omnibus Appropriations Act of 2018, Public Law 115-1410, and the Help America Vote Act of 2002, Public Law 107-252, section 101, and is deemed to be credited toward any match required by those laws.

EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment."
