Prayer was offered by Vicar John Swanson,
Luther Seminary Student at All Saints Lutheran Church, Cottage Grove,
Minnesota.
The members of the House gave the pledge
of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.

I hereby announce the Senate refuses to concur in the House amendments to the following Senate File:

No. 1470, A bill for an act relating to emergency powers; nullifying Executive Order 20-79; prohibiting the governor from issuing modifications to landlord and tenant law; providing for a phaseout of the eviction moratorium; prohibiting eviction actions for nonpayment of rent against tenants with pending applications for rental assistance; modifying requirements of 504B; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 12.
The Senate respectfully requests that a Conference Committee be appointed thereon. The Senate has appointed as such committee:

MOTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS
Mariani moved that the name of Winkler be
