Pursuant to Rule 10.05, relating to Remote
House Operations, the DFL Caucus Leader permitted the following members to vote
via remote means: Kotyza-Witthuhn and
Momanyi-Hiltsley.
The Chief Clerk proceeded to read the
Journal of the preceding day. There
being no objection, further reading of the Journal was dispensed with and the
Journal was approved as corrected by the Chief Clerk.

H. F. No. 2151, A bill for an act relating to higher education; establishing a plant-based foods production training pilot program; appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 136A.
