      The House of Representatives convened at 12:00 noon and was called to order by Lisa Demuth, Speaker of the House.

 

      The members of the House paused for a brief meditation or moment of reflection.

Wolgamott introduced:

 

H. F. No. 2151, A bill for an act relating to higher education; establishing a plant-based foods production training pilot program; appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 136A.

 

The bill was read for the first time and referred to the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy.

 

 

Rehrauer introduced:

No. 2152, A bill for an act relating to education finance; increasing state total adult basic education aid; modifying the adult basic education program aid limit; increasing funding to pay the costs of commissioner-selected high school equivalency tests; appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, sections 124D.531, subdivisions 1, 4; 124D.55.

 

The bill was read for the first time and referred to the Committee on Education Finance.
