1.3    "(b) A parent or guardian of a public or nonpublic high school student who is eligible
1.4to receive free and reduced price lunch may apply to the student's district of residence
1.5for reimbursement of the cost of up to four of the student's ACT and SAT test fees. The
1.6state shall provide state aid to a district in an amount sufficient to reimburse parents or
1.7guardians for the cost of test fees. The districts shall apply for the aid in a form and
1.8manner determined by the commissioner."
