1.3reasonable written policies regarding offensive or inappropriate communications, the
1.4volume of communications, and the review and sending of communications by employees
1.5during working hours. If employees are represented by a collective bargaining agent,
1.6these written policies shall be established jointly by the employer and the collective
1.7bargaining agent."
