1.3Page 42, after line 10, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 49. PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY FUNDING.
1.5    To the greatest practical extent, projects on the Public Facilities Authority's 2007
1.6intended use plan, the listings for which were based on the Pollution Control Agency's
1.72006 project priority list, shall be carried over to the 2008 intended use plan. Projects that
1.8qualified for funding from the Public Facilities Authority under Laws 2006, chapter 258,
1.9section 21, that could not be certified by the Pollution Control Agency by the applicable
1.10deadline shall have until May 1, 2008, or six months after the Minnesota Supreme Court
1.11issues an opinion in the cities of Maple Lake and Annandale matter, whichever is later, to
1.12obtain the required certification from the Pollution Control Agency."
