1.3Page 250, delete lines 13 to 23 and insert:
1.4"Health Information Technology. Of
1.5the health care access fund appropriation,
1.6$6,750,000 each fiscal year is to implement
1.7Minnesota Statutes, section 144.3345. Up
1.8to $350,000 each fiscal year is available for
1.9grant administration and health information
1.10technology technical assistance and
1.11$6,400,000 each year is to be transferred
1.12to the commissioner of finance to establish
1.13and implement a revolving account under
1.14Minnesota Statutes, section 62J.496. This
1.15appropriation shall not be included in the
1.16agency's base budget for the fiscal year
1.17beginning July 1, 2009."
1.18Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.19Amend the title accordingly
1.20Adjust amounts accordingly
