1.4    The estimated health benefits realized through lives saved and illnesses avoided as a
1.5result of the "Freedom to Breathe Act of 2007" requires the benefit of health care cost
1.6savings to be passed on to Minnesota residents through an adjustment of health insurance
1.7premiums. By June 1, 2008, health carriers as defined under Minnesota Statutes, section
1.862A.011, issuing policies in Minnesota shall reduce insurance premiums to Minnesota
1.9residents by five percent."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
