1.5    Subd. 4. All-terrain vehicle. Approximately 0.15 0.27 of one percent of all gasoline
1.6received in or produced or brought into this state, except gasoline used for aviation
1.7purposes, is being used for the operation of all-terrain vehicles in this state, and of the total
1.8revenue derived from the imposition of the gasoline fuel tax, 0.15 0.27 of one percent is
1.9the amount of tax on fuel used in all-terrain vehicles operated in this state."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title as follows:
1.12Page 1, line 24, after the first semicolon, insert "modifying percentage of gasoline
1.13use attributable to all-terrain vehicles;"
1.14Correct the title numbers accordingly
