1.5    Notwithstanding Laws, 2007, chapter 147, article 2, section 64, the effective date for
1.6Laws 2007, chapter 147, article 2, section 13, is as follows:
1.7    (1) section 13, paragraph (a), is effective the day following final enactment; and
1.8    (2) section 13, paragraph (e), is effective January 1, 2009."
1.9Delete the title and insert:
1.11relating to child care; modifying the effective date of child care absent day
1.12requirements."
