1.3    "Sec. 37. Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 83.25, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.4to read:
1.5    Subd. 4. Limited broker licensee. An individual acting on behalf of a limited
1.6broker licensee issued a license under section 82.34, subdivision 13, is not required to be
1.7an officer of a corporation or a partner of a partnership if:
1.8    (1) the individual is solely engaged in the business of selling a timeshare interest as
1.9defined in section 83.20, subdivision 13;
1.10    (2) the individual is adequately supervised by the limited broker licensee; and
1.11    (3) the limited broker licensee maintains a roster of individuals selling a timeshare
1.12interest including the date the individual started selling. This roster must be made
1.13available to the commissioner upon demand within three days of the request."
1.14Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.15Amend the title accordingly
