1.3Page 2, line 20, after the period, insert "Upon application by a school district,
1.4the commissioner shall grant a waiver from the physical education credit requirement.
1.5The waiver shall remain in effect for a period not to exceed two school years and may
1.6be renewed no more than two times. The school board may choose to offer physical
1.7education for course credit during the waiver period."
