1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.4    $750,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $750,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated
1.5from the general fund to the director of Explore Minnesota Tourism for a grant to the
1.6Minnesota Film and TV Board for the film jobs production program under Minnesota
1.7Statutes, section 116U.26. Of these amounts, up to $25,000 each year may be used for
1.8administration. The base budget for the film jobs production program is $500,000 in fiscal
1.9year 2010 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2011. If an appropriation for this purpose is enacted
1.10more than once, the appropriation is effective only once."
