1.3    "Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.4    $500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Metropolitan Council for a
1.5feasibility study, environmental studies, and preliminary engineering of transit options
1.6for an Interstate 494 corridor transit way, along a corridor on or near marked Interstate
1.7Highway 494, from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to a transit station on the
1.8proposed southwest transit way.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2007."
